AI Solutions Engineer – Generative AI & Agentic SolutionsWe are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join a leading US academic institution, developing enterprise AI applications, agentic workflows and automation solutions to improve fundraising, alumni engagement and operational efficiency.Location: Onsite (5 days per week) - Wellesley, MA Salary Range: $130,000-140,000 + comprehensive benefits packageResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and deploy Generative AI applications, AI agents and agentic workflows across enterprise systems.Build RAG solutions, API integrations and workflow automations using CRM data, Salesforce and Microsoft AI platforms.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to develop AI solutions supporting reporting, donor engagement and operational processes.Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, security and governance practices to ensure reliable, scalable and responsible AI deployment.Requirements2+ years hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications, LLMs, RAG, AI agents and agentic workflows.Strong Python and SQL programming skills, including API integrations and backend development.Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Salesforce or comparable enterprise cloud platforms.Experience working with CRM data, enterprise AI solutions and secure data pipelines, including testing, deployment and model evaluation.Please apply with an up-to-date resume
