Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages and presentations for finance leadership that summarize actual results, forecasts, key variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
Consolidate and review financial submissions, including validating inputs, reconciling data, following up on inconsistencies, and supporting timely reporting.
Partner with finance teams and business stakeholders to understand performance drivers, challenge assumptions, improve forecasts, and align reporting with corporate expectations.
Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that make financial information easier to understand and use.
Standardize templates, assumptions, reporting definitions, planning calendars, and review processes to improve consistency across supported areas.
Develop presentation materials for leadership that communicate findings and recommendations from ad hoc analyses, business reviews, and special projects.
Use SAP, Excel, and available reporting, AI-enabled, and workflow tools to streamline recurring activities, automate reporting processes, and improve efficiency.
Supervise and support assigned team members by setting priorities, reviewing work, providing feedback, and helping the team meet deadlines.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and special projects.

Basic Job Requirements

Accredited four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Eight years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related field.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and financial modeling.
Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders, functions, business units, or locations.

Ability to summarize detailed analysis in clear written and visual materials.
Experience applying corporate planning, reporting, or accounting practices to support enterprise-level decisions.
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours occasionally to meet critical deadlines or collaborate with international colleagues.
