General Manager

Job Description: As the General Manager, you will play a role in leading and managing the companys team to drive business growth and success, while achieving operational goals. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals - Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow in a team setting. - Manage and mentor staff to ensure performance and job satisfaction - Monitor financial performance and budgeting - Manage Customer Service Experience from a retail environment. - Work with Contractors on a daily basis. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations - Attend our retail partner's events to drive sales.
