No-touch freight reliability and steady lane planning provide drivers with dependable mileage opportunities, established customer routes, and scheduled time away from the road each month.

Drivers who prefer organized freight movement can expect a combination of dry van and refrigerated loads with consistent route planning and regular customer demand.

Driver Setup

Assigned Kenworth T680 tractors are four years old or newer and include equipment designed to support driver comfort throughout the workweek.

• Automatic transmissions

• APUs, inverters, and voice navigation

• In-cab fifth-wheel release

Equipment is assigned based on availability. These features support comfortable operation during established regional freight movements.

The Route

Drivers haul no-touch freight consisting of both dry van and refrigerated loads through established customer lanes.

Drivers generally average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. Steady customer freight helps support dependable dispatches, reliable freight availability, and practical route planning.

Pay & Time Off

CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,450 to $1,675 per week based on experience and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days, providing additional income stability.

• Quarterly performance raises

• Paid orientation at $100 per day

• Guaranteed pay after 30 days

Quarterly raises are based on safety performance and productivity, and orientation is paid at $100 per day.

Home Time

Drivers receive six scheduled days off each month. These days may be combined or divided throughout the month according to personal preference and freight scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year

• Valid CDL-A license
