Driver Setup

Drivers operate Kenworth T680 tractors, four years old or newer, with equipment designed for comfort and convenience during regular freight operations.

• Automatic transmissions with APUs and inverters

• Voice navigation and in-cab fifth-wheel release

• Equipment assigned based on availability

These driver-focused features help support comfortable operation while traveling through established customer lanes.

The Route

Freight includes a combination of dry van and refrigerated loads moving through established customer routes.

Drivers generally average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. Regular customer freight helps maintain reliable dispatches and practical route planning throughout the operating network.

Pay & Time Off

CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,450 to $1,675 per week based on experience and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days of employment.

• Paid orientation at $100 per day

Drivers are eligible for quarterly performance raises, with orientation compensation provided during initial onboarding.

Home Time

This position includes six scheduled days off each month. Drivers may take those days together or divide them throughout the month based on personal preference and freight scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license

• Current DOT medical certification

• Minimum six months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year
