About the Role

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, committed to delivering innovative breaktime solutions that enhance the customer experience. We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead retail operations projects and help drive growth across new and existing accounts. On the analytical side, you'll review daily and weekly financial reports to monitor client satisfaction, data integrity, spoilage, sales collection accuracy, and labor costs, and maintain retail operating systems that guide replenishment, merchandising, and inventory levels. You'll collaborate with branch and division leadership to uphold quality, cleanliness, plan-o-gram compliance, and customer service across every location.
