About the Role
Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, committed to delivering innovative breaktime solutions that enhance the customer experience. We're seeking a detail-oriented Route Optimizer to drive efficiency across our vending and micro market operations. In this desk-based, data-driven role, you'll analyze daily performance, schedule and rebalance routes, and adjust par levels and planograms to reduce waste and maximize service quality. You'll monitor telemetry and equipment issues, resolve pricing discrepancies, and use sales and workload data to keep routes running at peak efficiency. Working closely with branch leadership, you'll identify underperforming assets, recommend service changes, and help ensure merchandisers are balanced and set up for success. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving with data and making operations run smoother behind the scenes.
