NOTICE OF OPENING: AFSCME LOCAL 1305
POSITION: Afternoon Custodian LOCATION: Chatterton Middle School and Westview Elementary School WORK YEAR: School Year; Alternate shifts when school is not in session RATE OF PAY: Per Local 1305 Collective Bargaining Agreement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Possess good habits, character and attendance records
- Be neat and clean in appearance
- Ability to work alone and within a group to complete tasks
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of instructions
- Ability to read instructions and follow verbal and written directions
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with students, parents, and staff in a professional manner
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop and squat as part of daily job duties
- Ability to work outside and in inclement weather conditions
