About the Role FIS is seeking a Trainer Senior to develop and deliver client learning programs supporting trust, custody and investment managementservices. In this role, you will translate complex financial-services processes, products and applications into practical learning experiences for financial institution clients and internal teams. You will assess learning needs; create and maintain training materials; and deliver instructor-led, virtual and digital learning that supports client adoption, operational effectiveness and evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and deliver task- and job-based learning programs for trust, custody and investment management services, including instructor-led, virtual and digital learning experiences. Conduct training needs assessments and select appropriate instructional strategies based on learner skill levels, business processes, job responsibilities and client objectives. Create, customize and maintain presentations, training guides, job aids, tutorials and other learning resources, collaborating with subject matter experts to keep content accurate and current. Deliver engaging client training in classroom and virtual environments, including standard, customized and train-the-trainer programs, and evaluate effectiveness through learner feedback and training outcomes.
