Job description:

The principal duties for the Mailroom Driver/Sorter include but are not limited to: Pickup mail daily once in a.m. using company vehicle (box truck or van) and then sorting mail. Must have a valid driver's license is required.

The Mailroom Associate - Driver plays an integral part of the team, responsible for efficiently managing high volumes of mail and documents in a fast-paced environment. This position is critical to meeting productivity metrics and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mail.

Schedule: Monday- 12.00am- clean desk ; Tuesday - Saturday- 4.00am - clean desk

Roles & Responsibilities

Driving company vehicle to USPS to pick mail and bring it to office

Must be comfortable driving box truck.

Identify and coordinate mail according to guidelines.

Maintain high level of quality production, meeting hourly KPI's.

Perform electronic indexing.

Scan processed documents.

Create and validate envelope tracking and barcodes.

Perform other duties as assigned.
