Mandatory Skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a BPO, KPO, or call center environment.

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
