General Labor / Fabrication Worker

Location: Bridgeview, IL 60455\ Pay: \$16.50 per hour\ Pay Schedule: Weekly\ Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift Available\ Language: Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome

Job Description:

We are looking for dependable and hardworking employees for a fabrication and manufacturing position in Bridgeview. This position involves general labor and fabrication-related duties in a production environment.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with fabrication and production processes
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
• Using basic hand and power tools as needed
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Inspecting finished products for quality
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following safety procedures and work instructions
• Performing other general production duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or fabrication experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift
