Title – Procurement Manager / Sourcing Manager – MRO Services

Location – Bethlehem, PA

Hours – 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday. Role is onsite 5 days a week.

Salary - $100k - $120k

Benefits – Full time, permanent role, with benefits and PTO.

Our client, a manufacturing company located near Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Sourcing / Procurement Manager. This is an individual contributor role, with no direct reports. This is a direct hire opportunity, and you are hired as an employee directly for the company.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and management of assigned supplier categories
• Manage supplier risk through compliance of company procedures
• Oversee supplier negotiations including bid documents, RFPs, and collecting bid proposals.
• Update vendor price lists as needed
• Meet with key suppliers periodically

Experience

• A completed bachelor’s degree or higher is required
• 5+ years in a procurement or supply chain role within a manufacturing company
• 2+ years focused in procuring MRO or Capital Services
• Must have experience using ERP systems
• Must have strong communication skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods of time, in an office setting
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
