Your Typical Shift
You'll start by checking in with the crew, confirming the day's priorities, and making sure the truck is organized and ready to roll. Once on site, you'll move between active work areas, staying aware of safety requirements and the needs of the customer's space. Expect steady coordination-taking photos, noting room details, and keeping paperwork current-while your team progresses through the job. As conditions change, you'll pivot to support where you're needed most, then wrap up by staging gear for the next response and sharing clear updates with your supervisor before heading out.
