What You'll Do

As a Skilled Tradesman, you help restore businesses after unexpected damage, stepping in to deliver solid workmanship when subcontractors aren't available or cost-effective. You'll support restoration and construction needs across service lines while keeping safety and quality at the center.

Key responsibilities include: mitigation support (water extraction, fire/mold remediation, light demo, roof tarping, emergency board-ups, setting/monitoring equipment); basic construction work (painting, drywall install/patch/texture, trim and interior finishes); loading/unloading materials and tools; jobsite prep and cleanup; vehicle/tool readiness; and completing crew sheets, photos, daily field reports, work orders, and time/expense tracking while communicating needs to leadership.

Required qualifications/skills:

  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and respond 24/7
  • Basic set of tools
  • Restoration/construction experience preferred (training available)
  • Ability to obtain Water Mitigation Certificate within 1 year
  • High school diploma/equivalent preferred

Apply today to build hands-on skills while helping clients recover quickly and safely.

Your Benefits

Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; and Paid Time Off.

On the Jobsite

Your day starts by getting oriented on the current site-reviewing the plan, confirming what materials are needed, and making sure the work area is ready and safe. You'll rotate between active projects, where priorities can shift quickly based on what the structure needs and what the client is facing. Throughout the day you'll stay in sync with your supervisor, documenting progress with photos and notes, and keeping paperwork organized so the team has clear visibility. When urgent calls come in, you may pivot to a rapid-response situation, then wrap up by staging gear for the next dispatch and leaving the site orderly for the following crew.
