Working alongside a collaborative marketing team and business partners across the Bank, you'll have the opportunity to test new ideas, improve the customer experience, and make a measurable impact on business results. What You’ll Do
- Drive digital growth: Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns and lifecycle journeys that support customer acquisition, deposit growth, onboarding, retention, and relationship expansion.
- Lead marketing automation: Build, test, launch, and maintain campaigns using Marketo or a comparable platform, including email marketing, audience segmentation, triggered workflows, nurture programs, and CRM integration.
- Coordinate campaign execution: Partner with Brand, Content, Web, Sales Enablement, and external agencies to align creative, messaging, landing pages, tracking, approvals, and quality assurance.
- Optimize campaign performance: Analyze results across email, paid media, landing pages, web activity, and CRM interactions to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and recommend enhancements.
- Test and improve: Lead A/B testing and ongoing optimization of audiences, messaging, creative, calls to action, and digital experiences to strengthen engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Connect strategy to results: Collaborate with Marketing Insights and business line partners to translate business priorities into targeted campaigns, measurable objectives, and actionable growth opportunities.
- Improve marketing processes: Troubleshoot automation and data issues, strengthen campaign workflows, and identify opportunities to improve execution, reporting, efficiency, and consistency while maintaining quality and compliance.
