Credit Analyst II

Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial underwriting (with a focus on commercial real estate) OR a minimum of 5 years banking experience (or related commercial real estate finance experience), bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field of study Specialized bank lending education/training preferred (but not required), Intermediate commercial real estate underwriting skills andexperience, SBA experience preferred. Must be proficient in the following: English (reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics),Interpersonal relations and communication, Organizational skills, PC skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn specific financial software.
