Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a talented team to deliver superior guest service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

• Implement company initiatives and promote Public Safety Foundation programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cash handling and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work on your feet for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open availability including weekends and some nights.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership abilities.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
