Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations

• Train, supervise, and motivate staff members
• Manage inventory, ordering, and budget control
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals
• Coordinate catering events and functions
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and catering operations
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Proficient in cash handling procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
