Original job description

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.

Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.

Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.

Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

What's the opportunity?

Implementation is an activity every Fin customer experiences, whether they're buying Fin for the first time, expanding Fin to a new team, or adopting new features. More and more of those deployments are delivered by our partners, including the Salesforce partner community now ramping up on Fin. A partner-led deployment is only as good as the partner delivering it.

As a Partner Services Manager focused on Enablement, you'll own how our partners get certified and stay current. Your work runs from a partner's first day with Fin, through to the moment they're ready to lead customer deployments, and then every product release after that. Your primary responsibility is making sure every partner who works with a Fin customer has the knowledge, skills and readiness to deliver real value.

Partner Services Managers have an outsized impact on the company. If you want to help make business personal for our customers and you want to work with an ever growing and changing team, you're in the right place!

What will I be doing?

You will own partner enablement end to end: how partners get certified, and how they stay current as Fin evolves
You will onboard new partners with structured onboarding plans that take them from signed agreement to first deployment, covering Fin's product, our deployment methodology and our delivery standards
You will run partner certification, including bootcamps, assessments and scenario-based testing. You'll certify named consultants individually, not just partner firms
You will run Fin Deployment Partner Bootcamps, both in person and virtually, including joint bootcamps with Salesforce for its partner community
You will build and maintain enablement content, including curricula, online courses, playbooks, hands-on labs and demo environments, and keep it up to date as new features ship
You will check partner readiness before partners are assigned customer work. That means running readiness assessments, organising shadow and reverse-shadow on live deployments, and confirming that a partner has certified people and capacity in place
You will track each partner's progress from enabled (delivering under Fin's oversight) to certified (delivering independently), and keep partner and consultant certification records accurate
You will keep partners current through recertification, release briefings and regular partner office hours
You will use delivery data, such as Partner CSAT, Fin outcomes, escalations and QA findings, to spot skill gaps and turn them into targeted enablement
You will own enablement KPIs, including time to certification, certification pass rate, time to first deployment and post-certification delivery quality
You will work closely with the rest of the Deployment Services team, especially fellow Partner Services Managers and AI Deployment Consultants, to turn lessons from the field into better enablement
You'll collaborate with our Product, R&D and Education teams to get early access to new features and enable partners on them ahead of launch
You will cover enablement progress, certification status and skill gaps in each partner's Quarterly Business Review

What skills do I need?

4+ years of work experience, with 2+ years in implementation, partner enablement or technical training roles
Enablement Design: experience building training or certification programmes, ideally for partners, consultants or other technical audiences
Facilitation: confident leading workshops and multi-day bootcamps for technical audiences, both in person and virtually
Content Creation: the ability to turn complex product and deployment practices into clear courses, guides and hands-on exercises
Assessment: the judgement to tell whether someone can actually do the work, not just pass a quiz, and the confidence to give direct feedback
Technical Fluency: comfortable with core SaaS and AI concepts (APIs, integrations, LLM basics, automation logic), enough to speak credibly with technical partner teams
Programme Management: organised and detail-oriented, able to run several partner cohorts and certification tracks at once
Positivity and Engagement: a genuine interest in the work you do and a positive attitude!
Curiosity: a passion for learning, for technology and for solving problems
Adaptability: change is constant, and the Deployment Services Team values experimentation to find the best processes and solutions
Demonstrate the Fin Values: Customer Obsessed, Success First, Incredibly High Standards, Open Mindedness, Resilience, Impatience, Positive and Optimistic

Bonus skills & attributes

Experience running a partner enablement or certification programme at a SaaS company or systems integrator
Experience with learning management systems and course authoring tools
Experience with the Salesforce partner ecosystem
Experience training on SaaS products or, specifically, experience with Fin
Experience with AI Agents and / or Large Language Models
Hands-on experience delivering SaaS implementations yourself, as a consultant or implementation manager
Great examples of self-started projects with measurable success
Experience with RESTful API Integrations

We have a radically open and accepting culture at Fin. We avoid spending time on divisive subjects to foster a safe and cohesive work environment for everyone. As an organization, our policy is to not advocate on behalf of the company or our employees on any social or political topics out of our internal or external communications. We respect personal opinion and expression on these topics on personal social platforms on personal time, and do not challenge or confront anyone for their views on non-work related topics. Our goal is to focus on doing incredible work to achieve our goals and unite the company through our core values.

Salesforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a policy of non-discrimination with all employees and applicants for employment. What does that mean exactly? Know your rights: workplace discrimination is illegal. Any employee or potential employee will be assessed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications – without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, disability, veteran or marital status, political viewpoint, or other classifications protected by law. This policy applies to current and prospective employees, no matter where they are in their Salesforce employment journey. It also applies to recruiting, hiring, job assignment, compensation, promotion, benefits, training, assessment of job performance, discipline, termination, and everything in between. Recruiting, hiring, and promotion decisions at Salesforce are fair and based on merit. The same goes for compensation, benefits, promotions, transfers, reduction in workforce, recall, training, and education.
