Join our Technical Account Management Program and serve as a dedicated technical point of contact for our large enterprise customers.

Key Skills & Experience:

Ability to understand prospects/customers business objectives and priorities by acting as a trusted advisor to help shape their use case and propose the best solution architecture.

Passion for technology so they can act as evangelists for the products in discussions with potential customers and partners, to direct opinions and inspire action.
Minimum of 3+ years designing and architecting highly available/redundant IT solutions for enterprise accounts.
Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting, preferably with distros like Ubuntu and RedHat.
Demonstrate the ability to analyze and solve problems independently and within cross-functional teams.

Desirable skills for the role:

Experience in Windows administration and troubleshooting, especially with Active Directory and NTFS permissions.
