Original job description

Description

Fetcherr is seeking an exceptional, high-impact Account Director to take full ownership of our key strategic airline partnerships in the US. This is not a passive relationship-management role; we are looking for a true business leader who can navigate complex enterprise clients, drive high-level strategic alignment, and flawlessly execute multi-faceted AI deployments. You will be the executive champion for your accounts- capable of commanding the boardroom, diving deep into operational details, and confidently managing high-stakes discussions around timelines, crisis resolution, and commercial scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Commercial Leadership: Serve as the executive strategist for assigned accounts, aligning Fetcherr’s AI capabilities with the client's c-suite business goals, driving account growth, POC conversions, & renewals.
  • Proactive Crisis & Project Management: Act as the primary escalation point. Confident in driving tough conversations regarding timelines, project scope, and operational roadblocks with both internal product teams and client executives.
  • Hands-on Execution & Detail Orientation: Roll up your sleeves to deeply understand client workflows, data integration, and project granularity. Ensure project deliverables meet strict standards without losing sight of the macro strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Command: Drive alignment across internal teams (Product, Data Science, Tech, Support) to push deliverables through, resolve bottlenecks rapidly, and hold all stakeholders accountable.

Requirements

Experience: 7+ years Proven track record leading enterprise clients in AI, or Aviation Tech. Leadership & Resilience: Demonstrated ability to lead complex client relationships, manage crises calmly, hold firm boundaries on timelines/scope, and negotiate high-value outcomes. Strategic & Analytical Rigor: Exceptional ability to jump between high-level executive strategy and granular operational/data details. Executive Presence: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to and challenging C-level stakeholders. Aviation Expertise: Solid understanding of airline commercial functions (Pricing, Revenue Management, Network Planning, PSS/RMS systems) is a major advantage.

What Fetcherr Offers:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities.
  • The chance to work with cutting-edge AI technology, revolutionizing the airline industry.
  • Flexible work options, including remote opportunities.
  • A collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
