About Us

At Félix , we are building the indispensable financial companion for Latinos in the US. We combine an AI-powered, conversational-first interface with real-time financial infrastructure to make cross-border money movement as easy as sending a text. Starting with fast, affordable remittances powered by AI and crypto rails, we are expanding into credit, savings, and wallet services to support the complete immigrant financial journey. Our ambition is to deliver a white-glove financial experience with the simplicity of a conversation to a community the traditional financial system has historically overlooked. We are a hyper-growth Series C company, backed by over $300 million in funding from top-tier global investors, including Andreessen Horowitz, QED, Castle Island, Switch Ventures, HTwenty, Monashees, General Catalyst Customer Value Fund. This isn't just about the numbers; it's a testament to the trust our investors have in our vision and our team. Additionally, Félix was selected as an “Endeavor Entrepreneur” and was a recipient of the CrossTech Fintech Startups Award.

Joining Félix means you will be part of a team building a legacy, a company that will outlive us all. This is a rare opportunity to apply your skills to a deeply meaningful mission - serving a community that has been underserved for too long because we are obsessed with our customers . We get things done with urgency and focus , driven by extreme ownership over our impact. We collaborate without ego , fostering radical transparency and fierce loyalty so we can grow together. Because we aim for insanely great rather than just good enough, we stay insatiably curious - always experimenting, building the future today, and delivering a product that truly makes our users' lives better. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to run the operating system of our Consumer Payments organization. You will own how we plan, prioritize, and execute: running quarterly planning and OKRs, leading the weekly execution cadence, and coordinating high-impact programs that span several squads. In this role, you will work directly with the VP of Consumer Payments and partner closely with product, engineering, design, and compliance leaders. You’ll see everything we are building and have the mandate to make the entire organization move faster and more predictably - including reinventing how we work by embedding AI directly into our operations.

Responsibilities

Own the Quarterly Planning Cycle:

Lead OKR definitions, initiative alignment, prioritization inputs, key-date calendars (planning cycles, offsites), and final executive readouts.

Run the Weekly Operating Cadence:

Own consolidated metrics, status updates, and leadership review materials. Integrate weekly engineering reports while tracking status, risks, and dependencies across cross-squad initiatives.

Drive Tooling & Operational Hygiene:

Establish and enforce ClickUp as the single source of truth across all squads, ensuring all initiatives are tracked and up to date.

Standardize Experimentation & Governance:

Define and maintain experimentation guidelines across squads to foster rigorous product iteration.

Champion AI-Powered Automations:

Design and roll out new process improvements and automations using modern AI tools (e.g., automated status reporting, workflow optimization) to launch at least two major AI operational upgrades.

Lead Cross-Squad Programs & Change Management:

Coordinate complex multi-squad programs (e.g., AI security policies, compliance visibility, and change management initiatives) to support smooth rollouts and organizational adoption.

Iterate on Planning Architecture:

Continuously evolve the planning process so it remains integrated, lightweight, and tightly aligned with real-time execution.

Requirements

5+ Years of Experience:

Proven track record (5+ years) in program and project management within fast-paced tech or fintech environments, running end-to-end planning cycles, dependency mapping, and risk mitigation.

Operating Cadence Ownership:

Extensive experience designing and running organizational operating cadences (OKRs, quarterly planning, offsites, and weekly executive reviews).

Bilingual Fluency (English & Spanish):

Professional fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish, with the ability to navigate seamless cross-border communication across LatAm and US teams.

AI-First Mindset & Process Automation:

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and automations to streamline workflows, eliminate manual status reporting, and increase operational speed.

Stakeholder Management & Influence:

Strong ability to align cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, and C-suite without relying on formal authority.

Structured, Executive-Level Communication:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a clear, structured approach to presenting complex updates to leadership.

Tool Fluency:

Deep familiarity with modern project management and analytics platforms (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Google Sheets, executive dashboards).

Extreme Ownership & Judgment:

Strong prioritization skills and judgment under ambiguity, with a relentless drive for follow-through and operational predictability. These are the applicable requirements, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
