Area Supervisor

We are hiring seeking an Area Supervisor for the Scottsbluff, NE and surrounding areas. Overall function is to ensure customer service is performed and delivered according to contract specifications and company policies, procedures, systems, and training. Assist in achieving financial goals for accounts within the region. This is a hands-on position and requires covering shifts as needed.

Pay

$17-19/hour, DOE

Hours

M-F 2p-10:30pm, but flexibility is REQUIRED

Pay: $17.00-19.00 per hour DOE

Required Experience:

• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with people, including customers.
• Prefer experience with training others.
• Creating and managing employee work schedules.
• Operating within budgetary guidelines.
• Maintaining excellent employee and customer relationships.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis the Area Supervisor is responsible for the following in the account they are assigned to:

• Coordinating personnel assignments and performing work per specifications.
• Developing, training, and supervising employees.
• Conducting, attending, and participating in employee meetings.
• Anticipating and responding to employee and customer concerns.
• Conducting on-site inspections.
• Operating within account budget.
• ensuring compliance with safety programs and processes,
• Investigating, reporting, and analyzing accidents and incidents.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.
