FASTSIGNS of Lynn Haven is seeking a proactive, highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales for custom signage, visual graphics, and branding solutions.

In this role, you will act as the primary face of our company in the local business community. You will consult with business owners, general contractors, property managers, and marketing directors to understand their visual communication needs, conduct site surveys, and present tailored signage proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Prospecting: Proactively generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking events, field visits, referral programs, and digital outreach.

• Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site initial consultations and site surveys to evaluate client needs, measure installation areas, and recommend appropriate sign/graphic solutions.

• Proposal & Quote Presentation: Work with estimating and design teams to create clear, accurate proposals, estimates, and presentations for clients.

• Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new/existing clients to capture recurring revenue, upsells, and referral business.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between the customer, internal graphic designers, production managers, and installation crews to ensure clear job specifications and timely project execution.

• Permitting & Site Analysis: Understand local sign codes/zoning ordinances (or coordinate with permit specialists) to ensure proposals are compliant prior to sale.

• CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales calls, lead statuses, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts in the company CRM.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Experience: 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience (prior experience in signage, print, construction, commercial real estate, or visual media is highly preferred).

• Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Technical Aptitude: Ability to read basic architectural blueprints, site plans, and dimensional drawings. Comfort with basic math/geometry for taking accurate field measurements.

• Self-Motivated: Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently in the field.

• Licensing: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. Must be eligible to access military installations (no felonies).

Preferred:

Familiarity with common signage products (channel letters, monument signs, vehicle wraps, dimensional logos, ADA signage, trade show displays) and components (various substrates and print media).
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and sign management software (e.g., Cyrious, CoreBridge, ShopVox).

Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive Pay: Base salary plus uncapped commission structure.

• Travel/Vehicle: Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle allowance.

• Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.

• Tools Provided: Company laptop, mobile phone allowance, and marketing collateral/samples.
