Middle School Volleyball Coach

Fall River School District is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dedicated Volleyball Coach to lead our middle school girls’ volleyball team. The coach will be responsible for fostering a positive and safe environment while developing fundamental volleyball skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love of the game. The season runs August 17- October 17; practices during the school year are held immediately after school from 3:30- 5/5:30pm. Practice times/days before the school year can be at the coach's disgretion. Responsibilities: • Plan and lead effective practices that focus on skill development, team strategy, and conditioning. • Supervise students during practices, games, and transportation to/from events. • Promote good sportsmanship, character development, and academic achievement. • Collaborate with the Athletic Director and other coaches to coordinate schedules and logistics. • Communicate clearly with student-athletes, parents, and school staff. • Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes at all times. • Comply with school policies and league regulations.
