Pay Range $18-$20
Shift 7:30am to 4:00pm (Monday - Friday)
Location: Brea
Requirements:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Schedule installations, service calls, and project appointments
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate timelines
- Process work orders, contracts, and related paperwork
- Maintain organized records and update job tracking systems
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
- Collect and Process Payments
Must be bilingual.
