The Role

Manage a diverse, non-union workforce including site supervisors, cleaners, day porters, and floor technicians. You will dynamically adjust your hours to meet with clients during the day, inspect facilities, upsell special projects, and lead overnight crew safety training.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Teams: Manage, coach, and support supervisors, cleaners, porters, and floor techs.

• Client Service: Visit clients during the day, perform audits, and actively upsell extra services.

• Safety First: Lead training to ensure compliance with OSHA and chemical safety standards.

• Territory Management: Balance hours fluidly between daytime client meetings and night operations.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2–3 years in janitorial/facilities operations with 1–2 years in a supervisor role.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied schedule bridging day and night shifts.

• Skills: Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, floor care equipment, and basic computer skills.

• Language: Clear communication in English and/or Spanish.

• Requirements: High school diploma, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, a reliable form of transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
