Job Type: Full‑Time

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: $19-23 per hour

About the Company

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Wiring Technician to join our client’s team. This role involves hands‑on electrical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret point‑to‑point electrical diagrams, bills of materials, and production instructions

• Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical assemblies

• Rework wiring harnesses, including cutting, stripping, and terminating wires

• Accurately route, secure, and terminate wiring according to schematics

• Perform soldering and connector termination to required standards

• Use hand and power tools such as drills, wire cutters, crimpers, and wrenches

Required Qualifications

• Strong aptitude for electronic control equipment and systems

• Proven experience assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems

• Skilled in wire harness assembly, including soldering and connector installation

• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and system layouts

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field OR equivalent hands‑on experience
