Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and dependable MIG Welders to support production operations by performing high-quality welds, maintaining safety standards, and meeting production goals. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate:1st Shift: $22.42/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Welding & Fabrication:Perform MIG welding on various materials according to specifications and blueprints while ensuring strong, clean welds.

Quality Control:Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Production Support:Meet daily production goals while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Safety Compliance:Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE at all times.

Equipment Maintenance:Maintain welding equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.

Requirements:

• MIG welding experience required• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus• Strong attention to detail and quality• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Dependable and punctual• Ability to work overtime as required• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM📍 Location: Wylie, TX
