Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring MIG Welders for a growing manufacturing facility. If you have welding experience, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing quality welds, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel components according to blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment while maintaining quality and production standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, measuring tools, and welding symbols.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy, making repairs as needed.
• Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding.
• Safely operate hand and power tools and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
