Welder

Our client is seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join their manufacturing team. This position is responsible for performing high-quality MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum materials while ensuring products meet specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in working from blueprints and technical drawings.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime Available: Saturday overtime may be available from 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Prepare materials, tools, and work areas for production
• Measure and verify parts to ensure proper fit and weld placement
• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components
• Perform TIG welding with precision and attention to detail
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment
• Follow all welding procedures and safety requirements
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

• Previous MIG and TIG welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, prints, and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of weld specifications and tolerances
• Ability to accurately measure and verify dimensions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
