Job Description

We are hiring a dependable and hardworking Laundry Washer to join a commercial laundry production facility in Kansas City, KS. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who is motivated, works efficiently, and takes pride in getting the job done.

Candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, hustle, and excellent performance may have the opportunity to earn above the starting pay range.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate commercial laundry washing equipment.

• Load and unload laundry according to production needs.

• Handle large volumes of linens throughout the workday.

• Keep up with production goals and maintain a consistent workflow.

• Follow workplace procedures and safety guidelines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Spanish fluency is required; English is not required.

• No previous experience necessary, unless otherwise specified.

• Must be dependable, motivated, and willing to work hard.

• Ability to perform physical, repetitive tasks in a production environment.

• Ability to keep up with a fast-paced workload.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday through Friday.

• Occasional weekend overtime during peak seasons.

• Starting pay of $16–$17 per hour.

• Higher pay may be available for exceptional performance.

• Temp-to-perm opportunity with potential for permanent employment.
