Looking for a steady warehouse position with a consistent first-shift schedule? A Springfield-area distribution facility is seeking dependable Warehouse Workers to assist with order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, and receiving operations.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Full-Time

Pay

• $17.50 per hour

What You'll Do

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Use RF scanners to locate, track, and process inventory
• Verify products, quantities, and order information
• Perform quality checks before shipments leave the facility
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counting
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Support shipping, receiving, and material handling operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, order picking, packing, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and move up to 60 pounds
• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy
