• 3rd Shift Warehouse & Operations Supervisor
Rockford, IL | Direct Hire | Full-Time
A growing feed manufacturing company in Rockford is looking for an experienced 3rd Shift Warehouse & Operations Supervisor to lead their overnight team. This is a great opportunity with a stable company that offers excellent benefits and competitive pay.
Pay & Schedule
- $30+ per hour, based on experience
- +$2.00/hour shift differential
- Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–6:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse and production employees
- Oversee overnight operations and ensure productivity and safety
- Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and raw materials
- Monitor employee performance and attendance
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations
- Complete shift reports and communicate issues to management
- Operate forklifts and assist with warehouse duties as needed
- Ensure quality, sanitation, and safety standards are followed
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, food/feed production, or a related industry
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
