Warehouse Operations

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to help support daily warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and general organization. This is a first shift position located in Solon, applicants must live within 30 minutes of the facility in order to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse

• Process and prepare orders accurately and on time

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management

• Ensure inventory records match physical stock

• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Forklift certification preferred (will train if needed)

• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks

• Experience with freight carriers is an asset
