Job Title: Warehouse Lead / Warehouse Associate

Location: Anaheim, CA Shift: 1st Shift Pay Rate: DOE

Position Overview: Small company seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead/Associate who is comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day. This role will involve warehouse duties, moving heavy machinery/equipment, assisting with deliveries as needed, and supporting overall daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move and organize heavy machinery and equipment safely within the warehouse
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and materials
• Support warehouse organization and daily operations
• Make deliveries as needed using company vehicles
• Assist in multiple areas of the business depending on daily needs
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the warehouse
• Help track inventory manually (company does not currently use inventory software)
• Work closely with management in a small team environment

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse experience required
• Experience moving heavy equipment/machinery preferred
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Must be flexible, dependable, and willing to assist wherever needed
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude required

• This is a small company environment, so versatility and adaptability are extremely important
• Candidate should be comfortable taking initiative and handling a variety of responsibilities throughout the day
