Pay: $18.00 per Hour

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking PICK/PACKERS to join our food manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are accurately pulled, staged, and prepared for production and shipping while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Pull and transport frozen food products from freezer storage according to production schedules and orders.
• Accurately select, stage, and deliver materials to designated production areas.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock rotation (FIFO).
• Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
• Keep freezer and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and other warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or food production experience preferred.
• Ability to work in cold freezer environments for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Overtime may be available based on production needs
