Warehouse Associate – Inventory & Pick/Pack

Location: Sedalia, MO Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour Position Type: Long-Term

Position Overview

This position focuses on picking, packing, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, & Forklift Operation. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, tracking materials, updating computer systems, and ensuring parts are prepared correctly to support production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, count, and assemble parts and consumable kits according to established guidelines.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update computer systems as needed.

• Process inventory transfers and organize materials for efficient workflow.

• Track incoming parts and manage picking queues to meet production deadlines.

• Coordinate with production teams and material coordinators to fulfill material needs.

Requirements

• Previous inventory experience required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when counting and handling small parts.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory systems.

• Demonstrated job stability and longevity in previous positions; frequent job changes will not be considered.

• Ability to pass the required background check.
