Warehouse Associate

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM until finish Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate with experience operating both Cherry Pickers and Reach Trucks. This position plays a key role in warehouse operations by accurately selecting, moving, storing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate Cherry Picker and Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders according to shipping schedules.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight.
• Move product throughout the warehouse and replenish inventory locations.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
• Inspect equipment before each shift and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Prior experience operating both Cherry Picker and Reach Truck equipment required.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
