Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, RF scanning, and palletizing products to ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists and RF scanners.
• Pack products according to company standards to ensure safe shipment.
• Label cartons, pallets, and shipments correctly.
• Utilize RF scanning equipment to track inventory movements and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Palletize completed orders for storage or shipment.
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies before packing and shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
