Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team. Ideal candidates must be physically capable of performing warehouse duties, working efficiently, and maintaining productivity throughout their shift.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pull, and build orders for shipment.

• Load, unload, sort, and organize warehouse products.

• Prepare and stage orders for delivery.

• Lift, move, and stack products throughout the shift.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.

• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations.

• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or general labor experience preferred.

• Ability to lift and move heavy products repeatedly.

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

• Must be dependable and available to work overnight hours.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.

• Ability to follow instructions and meet performance expectations.
