Location: West Jefferson, Ohio Pay: $19.50–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse / Assembly / Forklift Associates to join our team in West Jefferson, Ohio. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, including warehouse operations, assembly, material handling, and forklift operation. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment, following safety procedures, and assisting with daily production and shipping needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.

• Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and staging materials.

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.

• Load and unload trucks and move materials to designated production or storage areas.

• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy, quality, and damage.

• Maintain an organized and clean work area while following all safety procedures.

• Assist with inventory control and ensure materials are stored correctly.

• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Perform additional warehouse, assembly, and material-handling duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or forklift experience preferred.

• Forklift experience required or willingness to demonstrate the ability to operate equipment safely, depending on the assignment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
