Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Quality Team Lead. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented candidate who can work independently while helping keep the team focused, productive, and motivated.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently and stay on task
- Comfortable providing direction and keeping others on task
- Positive attitude with the ability to encourage and motivate the team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Basic math skills
- Legible handwriting and accurate documentation
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Dependable and detail-oriented
Shift Availability:
1st Shift
- Must be available to work up to 12 hours between 5 AM and 7 PM
- Typically off by 5 PM
2nd Shift
- Must be available to work up to 12 hours between 1 PM and 3 AM
- Typical schedule is 3 PM to 11:30 PM
Shift times may change based on business needs.
