Seasonal Operations Supervisor

Pay Rate: $29.00/hour Schedule: Sunday-Friday Shift Start Time: 2:00 PM Location: Woolwich Township Seasonal Position

We are seeking a hands-on Seasonal Operations Supervisor to join our fast-paced cross-dock distribution operation supporting a variety of retail outlets. This position is responsible for overseeing warehouse associates, ensuring the timely unloading of inbound trailers, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations throughout the shift.

Important: Sunday and Friday are critical operational days and attendance on these days is required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse associates unloading freight from inbound trailers.
• Monitor productivity, workflow, and staffing levels throughout the shift.
• Ensure trailers are unloaded safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Communicate daily priorities and expectations to team members.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees to meet performance goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company policies.
• Coordinate with management to address operational challenges and staffing needs.
• Complete shift reports and communicate updates to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in cross-dock, unloading, shipping, or receiving operations strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working on your feet and in an active warehouse setting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance, especially on Sundays and Fridays.
