A well-established and growing construction-focused organization is seeking a Structural Engineer to support the design, analysis, and execution of complex steel construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with operations, project management, and manufacturing teams to develop practical engineering solutions that move projects from concept to completion.

What You'll Do

• Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations for commercial and industrial projects.
• Develop innovative design solutions that support manufacturing, installation, and field operations.
• Review engineering drawings, project specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, production teams, and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Evaluate design challenges and provide practical solutions to meet project objectives.
• Assist with technical reviews, engineering documentation, and project submittals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and project outcomes.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, safety requirements, and industry standards.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience designing steel structures within a construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of structural analysis and load path principles.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or progress toward licensure.
• Experience supporting projects through fabrication and installation phases.
• Familiarity with structural engineering software and 3D modeling tools.
• Working knowledge of applicable building codes and steel design standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
