Parts Sorting & Inspection Associates – All Three Shifts Location: Ave Maria, FL Pay: $18 per hour Job Type: Contract | Immediate Start through March 19, 2027

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Parts Sorting & Inspection Associates for a large medical manufacturing facility in Ave Maria. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to assist with sorting and inspecting parts in a manufacturing environment.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

Each shift includes a 30-minute unpaid break.

Responsibilities

• Sort and visually inspect parts for quality and consistency.

• Identify and report damaged parts or potential defects.

• Follow work instructions and established quality procedures.

• Keep parts organized and maintain a clean work area.

• Follow facility safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Availability to work the selected shift throughout the contract.
