Soldering Technician

New Opportunity in the North Metro area!

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technicians to join a growing client in the North Metro. The ideal candidate will have experience soldering electronic components, assembling circuit boards, and working with small parts while maintaining high-quality workmanship and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform through-hole and/or surface-mount soldering of electronic components.
• Assemble and solder wires, connectors, circuit boards, and electronic assemblies.
• Inspect solder joints and components for defects, workmanship, and quality.
• Read and follow schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Use soldering irons, hot-air rework stations, microscopes, and other hand tools.
• Knowledge of IPC Standards

Requirements:

• Previous soldering or electronic assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to perform precise manual work for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuit boards.
• Ability to read basic schematics and technical instructions.
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and test equipment.
• IPC soldering certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
