Express Employment Professionals in Terrell has partnered with a Metal Fabricating Shop in Wills point and We are currently looking for Candidates with Shop supervisory Experience
- Supervise and Lead Fabrication shop Employees
- Assign and Monito daily production tasks
- ensure products meet quality specifications
- Mainitain a safe and organized work space
- coordinate workflow to meet production deadlines
- Assist with training and development of shop staff
Qualifications-
- Prior lead or supervisory experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with fabrication equipment such as CNC machine, and Welding Equipment (Mig and Tig)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
