Shop Laborer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general shop tasks including material handling, cleaning, and organizing

• Load and unload materials or products

• Use basic hand and power tools as needed

• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified or trained)

• Support machine operators and welders/fabricators with prep work

• Perform light assembly or fabrication tasks

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred, but not required)

• Previous labor, shop, or warehouse experience is a plus

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Reliable attendance and transportation

• Willingness to learn and take direction
